I like to focus on the character and the personality of animals in my work. Especially dogs. I believe that the essence of this can be captured beautifully in paint, and to my mind that’s what can make a piece of art really great.
Being able to capture this feeling is best done when we work together. I work from photographs usually all the time. And this means we have all the time we need to make sure that the spirit of the piece is alive and vibrant and that the memory you want to preserve jumps up off the canvas and stays with you for years to come.
